As Mandy had mentioned in her blog that everybody on this earth was put here for a purpose, I guess the saying is true. It's just that at any point of time in our lives, we do not know why. I thought about those poor homeless people in third world countries, abandon babies/children, beggars who live each day at a time etc. What then, is their purpose on this earth. To show the world that there are extremes? Or that poverty is aplenty in many parts of the world or that their sole purpose is merely to open the eyes of those fortunate enough to appreciate what they have in life. So many deaths everyday, the statistics are climbing steadily. That's it, maybe we just form the statistics. Then again, we look at famous people and successful businessman or inspirational figures. We can easily point out their purpose on this earth. To change the way others think or behave, to influence desicions, to do good or bad, to help or to destroy. Maybe, our purpose is to shape our own destiny instead of letting it shape us. Meaning our purpose in life is for us to discover and achieve. Most of all, the simplest truth and one that we often forget is that we are put here to love and be loved. As Mitch Albom(if I don't remember wrongly) puts it, strangers are friends we have yet to come to know. We are all connected to one another in a large unbreakable circle. Lastly, we all help complete each other's world simply by being in it. So baby, your insignificant existence in your own eyes may be of paramount importance in another's. =D
